I've spent years inside the noise of the fitness industry, fad diets, "shred in 21 days," packets of powder pretending to be food. None of it holds up. Most of it leaves you back at square one a few months later.What I coach is different on purpose. We focus on whole-food nutrition, strength training and habits that genuinely fit your life, so the results stay long after the coaching ends. Warm, straightforward, and honest about what it actually takes.
